Idaho Code § 9-335 restricts certain uses of Idaho Central Sex Offender Registry data, and misuse against a listed person may carry criminal consequences. Registry information exists for public safety awareness, never vigilantism or blacklisting.

We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA. We do not generate background checks, credit reports, or consumer reports of any kind. Neither we nor our advertising partners provide services built for screening job applicants, reviewing rental applications, calculating insurance rates, or judging creditworthiness. You agree not to use data from this site or any linked tool to:
- Decide whether to hire or fire someone
- Screen potential renters or housing applicants
- Judge creditworthiness or set insurance premiums
- Determine who qualifies for licenses, permits, or government programs
- Do anything else that falls under FCRA rules
Any check for a regulated purpose must come from Idaho State Police Bureau of Criminal Identification or a screening provider that complies with the FCRA.
